Established in 1987, Venetian Condominiums Association is a premier gated 264 home residential subdivision in prestigious Scottsdale Arizona. Located close to all amenities; Baseball Stadium, Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square, Casinos, Golf Courses, Casual and Fine Dining, Museums and Art Galleries. Venetian has it all.

Venetian has just had a face lift and is looking like new. Venetian I and II are two halves of the community, both with a swimming pool and a spa. There is also a gym for those who want to keep fit and a Clubhouse.

As with all communities there are a number of Venetian Home Owners who wish to rent their units, this is quite acceptable, however, our CC&Rs are clear that any rentals are to be for a period of at least three months duration. Short term rentals of less than three months at one time are illegal. This is not a resort; it is a quiet and charming residential community.
